~Only the cards from the sealed packs can be used. (No outside cards)
~Deckbuilding is not restricted by Commander's Colors
~May contain Multiples of a card
~Deck Must contain a minimum of 60 Cards. (59 Cards & the Commander)
~Starting Life is 20
~1 Free Mulligan
There will be two 75 minute rounds.
In-game decisions are final.
May make adjustments between rounds (Only from cards pulled from the Packs)
