Vocabulary, comprehension, sequencing, memory and creative writing all benefit from storytelling. Storytelling improves listening skills, encourages creative writing, creative thinking and problem solving. Most of all, an engaging storytelling session improves the attention span of a child slowly and steadily increasing it.
