Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) is a structured, evidence-based program originally developed to help people with recurrent depression reduce their risk of relapse. Research has also shown it to be helpful in managing anxiety and stress, which often co-occur with low mood.
Facilitator - Craig Pereira, a certified MBCT practitioner trained directly under Zindel Segal (co-founder of MBCT).
This might be for you if:
- You experience anxiety or depression (diagnosed or not)
- You’re going through long-term emotional stress
- You’re on medication and want supportive tools alongside it
- You want to improve your emotional well-being and overall quality of life

No prior mindfulness experience or diagnosis needed to register.
