Magic at the Market Gallery Opening

If you shopped at our Upper Arlington farmers market this past season, you may have noticed kids walking around with polaroid cameras. Thanks to the Upper Arlington Community Foundation, we were awarded a grant that allowed us to host a project that we called “Magic at the Market”. With the support of the grant, we were able to purchase two polaroid cameras and film for kids ages 5+. The idea was for them to use the cameras to capture photos of their favorite things at the market throughout the season- and boy was it a success!

Each child that participated had the opportunity to take at least 4 photos. We have chosen photos from every individual to share with the community at our Magic at the Market Art Exhibition, located at the Upper Arlington Public Library, Tremont Branch. Light refreshments will be provided. If you are unable to make the reception, you can stop by and see the exhibit anytime between March 6th and March 31st.
