🧙♂️ Wizards. Witches. Magic. ✨Trail and Treat returns to Greenway Park on Friday, Oct. 24, 2025 for "Magic and Mischief." This Halloween experience in Charlestown will be inspired by the Harry Potter literary series. The City of Charlestown has partnered with Indiana University Southeast's Fine Arts class to bring the characters and scenes from the Wizarding World to life-size art scenes!
The Trail and Treat takes place from 5 to 7 p.m. at Greenway Park. Join the trail at any spot in the park and walk the trail to visit the many booths. Park concessions will be open along with food trucks Rancho Alegre and Donut NV.
The Penny Lane VW Photo Bus offers free commemorative photos from 5-7 p.m.
Community members, businesses, non-profits, and churches can help pass out candy at the event by setting up tables throughout the trail to distribute treats. Volunteers and vendors can visit https://www.charlestownparks.com/halloweentrailandtreat to reserve a spot or email [email protected]. If you'd like to donate candy, drop off contributions at City Hall during regular business hours.
