Magic Academy: Deck Building – Kobayashi Maru
Advertisement
Every Starfleet cadet faces the Kobayashi Maru, and every Magic player eventually faces a pile of cards that needs to become a deck. Magic Academy: Deck Building is the follow-up class for newer players who know the rules and want to learn the craft.
You'll open six Star Trek Play Boosters, and we'll walk you through turning that pile of possibilities into a working 40-card deck: mana curves, card evaluation, the whole toolkit. Once decks are built, we review them together and play casual games so you can see your choices in action. Every card you open is yours to keep, so you leave with a deck you built and the start of a collection.
Friday, January 8 at 6 pm. 8 seats. Register online or in-store.
