The holiday season can be a difficult time for many families—but we’re here to help make spirits bright. Join us for the Madisonville Holiday Toy and Book Giveaway Celebration, a heartfelt community event bringing joy, generosity, and hope to children and families in need.

Important Rules

• Tickets are non-transferable. Only the person who registered can use the ticket.
• Attendees must be at least 18 years old unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
• Every person, including children, must have their own ticket to enter.
• Each ticket allows for one-time entry only; there is no re-entry.
• All members of your group must arrive and enter together. Group tickets cannot be split for separate entry times.
• When registering, you must list the ages of all children so that age-appropriate gifts can be prepared.
• To help us share the joy with as many families as possible, each household is limited to six (6) people total, including both adults and children. Please note that only children ages 12 and under are eligible to receive gifts.
• You must arrive within your assigned time slot. Early or late arrivals will not be accepted.
• No exceptions will be made to these rules in order to ensure that the event runs smoothly and fairly for all families.

What to Expect
This free and family-friendly celebration is open to the public, but gifts are reserved for children 12 and under in need of Christmas presents.

• Children must be present and accompanied by an adult at all times.
• Pre-registration is required for families who wish to participate.
