Lit + Social with Tropikana: The Hero in You Holiday Edition

Join national media personality and author Tropikana for the soft launch of Lit + Social: The Hero in You Holiday Edition, a storytelling brunch series that brings families together around food, fun, and imagination.

Hosted at Saturday Morning Vibes Cereal Bar, this one-of-a-kind experience blends culture and creativity, giving young readers the spotlight to see themselves as the heroes of their own stories.

Families will enjoy a complimentary brunch courtesy of Ronald McDonald House Charities, creative storytelling moments powered by United Way of Greater Cincinnati, and a special Be a Hero holiday experience presented by The Heights Movement.

This event also celebrates the official release of Tropikana’s debut children’s book Boogie and The Big Pigskin Payback, the leading adventure in The Misadventures of Boogie & Friends series, inspired by her real-life son and co-star, Boogie. Each story celebrates courage, creativity, and kindness, the same values brought to life through every Lit + Social experience.

Designed to make literacy feel alive, Lit + Social is where reading meets rhythm and leadership begins with imagination.

The event kicks off at 1:00 PM with a warm welcome from Tropikana, followed by the featured reading inside The Storytellers Lounge powered by United Way beginning at 1:30 PM.

Families will enjoy hands-on hero activities, interactive storytelling, games, and a live book signing with the author.
