Made For More: Women's Faith and Wellness Legacy Conference

Join us for the Made For More conference, an empowering two-day experience dedicated to faith, wellness, and building a lasting legacy. This event is designed for women seeking to align their spiritual journey with practical wellness strategies, creating a meaningful impact in their lives and communities. We meet Friday, 2/21 from 6-8pm and Saturday, 2/22 from 10am-4pm

Friday Evening: Begin your journey with a warm welcome, dinner, and an inspiring keynote session, "What Is Your Legacy?" This evening will set the tone for a weekend of reflection, growth, and connection.

Saturday: Start your day with light refreshments and a grounding meditation session. Dive into a series of keynotes and workshops focusing on the pillars of wellness—Sleep, Stress Management, Movement, Hydration, and Nutrition tailored to your individual needs. Enjoy a nourishing lunch and relaxing sessions featuring breathing exercises and gentle movement. The day will close with an uplifting keynote, "What Now?", helping you take actionable steps toward a wellness-focused legacy.

Snacks and refreshments will be provided throughout the day to keep you energized and inspired.
