What is a Croque Madame/Monsieur, you might ask?
A Croque Monsieur is a classic hot French ham and cheese sandwich, traditionally made with French white bread, raw milk cheese, and topped with a rich bechamel or Mornay sauce and then put under the broiler until it's crispy, melty, golden brown and delicious. A Croque Madame kicks it up a notch with a fried egg on top.
It's a traditional French pub cuisine that we cannot wait to share this "crunchy mister/ma'am" with you.
Speak French? Come join us for a petit pause cafe along with your sandwiches -- $5 Aval French Rose Cider pints on special for the evening.
Chef Sati will be joined by DJ Berty Blade for the sounds of French pop, retro and more 7-10pm.
