Join the Girl Scouts for MAD SCIENCE LAB EXPERIMENTS!
Get ready for some hands-on science experiments! Will we watch liquids change colors? We will definitely make some kind of bubbling reaction. Maybe we'll make non-Newtonian fluid! There are so many experiments to try out, come and get hands-on in a a fun and welcoming Girl Scout troop style meeting. Families can learn more about science, and all that Girl Scouts has to offer too!
This meeting is free and open to all girls in Ripon and the surrounding areas who are curious, creative, ready to have fun with science and learn more about Girl Scouts too!
If you decide to join Girl Scouts at the event, we'll have a special take home science kit so you can keep the fun experiments going at home! (Subject to availability, substitutions may be necessary.)
The official 2025-2026 Girl Scout year started October 1st and it's not too late to get started. Girl Scout memberships are just $50 for youth and $30 for adults. We have troops with immediate openings but we are also looking to build new troops in the area. If you're interested in helping girls explore, learn and lead, maybe leading a troop is right for you! Ask me for more details and how you can receive a free adult membership.
Please complete the form below so we know how many are expected at the event. If you have more than one girl, you can fill out separate forms for each or use one form for all, just make sure to include the details for each girl attending this event.
Already a Girl Scout? Come have some fun and bring a non-Girl Scout friend who wants to see what Girl Scouts is all about!
