Bring Candy! Arrive in your costume, change into your costume, decorate your bike, show off your helmet covers, funny scary etc, let's just make this a great ride!
The goal is to stay safe while passing out candy through Oshkosh during Trick or Treat time! We will pull over in populated areas to pass out candy!
Do not need to dress up to participate
