– A rich, smooth bourbon with notes of caramel, vanilla, and baking spice, crafted from regionally sourced grains.
– A bold and complex rye whiskey, boasting deep spice, cocoa, and dried fruit flavors, made from 100% rye for an authentic, full-bodied profile.
– A truly unique expression, finished in barrels that once held pure Vermont maple syrup, lending a delicate sweetness and layered depth.

BBQ Feast with a Vermont Twist – Indulge in a specially crafted menu that brings together our signature slow-smoked BBQ with flavors inspired by Vermont’s rich culinary traditions. Each dish is thoughtfully paired to complement the distinct characteristics of Mad River’s whiskeys.
Custom Event Cocktail – Kick off the night with a handcrafted cocktail featuring Mad River’s Burnt Rock Bourbon.
Whiskey Education & Guided Tasting – Maura Connolly, Co-Founder), and Mike Connell, New England Representatve, will lead an engaging discussion on Mad River’s grain-to-glass process, the art of cask finishing, and what makes their craft whiskey stand out in the industry.
