This upscale event will showcase the energy, community, and spirit we bring to our weekly runs—elevated to the next level. Enjoy a night filled with celebration, connection, and community.

Proceeds from the evening will go toward More Than Miles, the nonprofit sector of Mad Miles Run Club, dedicated to supporting educational opportunities and scholarships. This year, we are proud to award two scholarships at the Ball! 🎓✨

Important Details:

• Date & Time: December 7, 2024 | 7:00 PM – 11:00 PM
• Location: PINE: 4100 Raleigh St, Charlotte, NC 28213
• Food: Guests will enjoy heavy curated hors d'oeuvres and sweet treats, available on a first-come, first-served basis.
• Seating: This is a floating event with mixed seating options, including lounge areas, cocktail tables, and some dining tables, allowing for a relaxed and social atmosphere.
• Dress Code: Formal attire is requested. Come dressed to impress and ready to celebrate in style!

Parking: The Pass, where PINE is located, offers a large shared parking lot for all patrons of the development. There is also public parking on Raleigh Street and additional overflow parking at the Sugar Creek light rail stop. We encourage guests to utilize the nearby light rail, which has pedestrian access directly into The Pass, or catch a rideshare so you can travel worry-free. It is not advised that guests park overnight at The Pass.
