Two nights, Three days to experience the Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade and see The Pride of West Virgina Marching Band!!! This is the seond time they have been invited to march in the parade. Let's flood the streets with Alumni and Fans alike!

This trip to NYC will depart on Tuesday November 26, 2024 at 10pm from Beckley & Scott Depot, WV. We will drop off at NYC at the Hotel on Wedesday morning (10 am) Nov 27th, 2024
That is also the location where we will meet at 12:30pm Friday for departure to WV. We will make a early dinner stop at Hershey World. The bus will arrive back in Beckley & Scott Depot, WV Friday November 29, 2024 at around 11:30pm.

FEE (new this year) Porterage fee is $15 per bag. First bag per person is FREE. This is only for bag checked in at the hotel luggage counter. This must be paid in cash before departure Dec 15, 2023.As always you are welcome to leave extras on the bus.Also, a credit card will be required at the time of check-in for any incidentals.
Busses are less than 5 years old, have bathrooms, and 3 prong outlets with USB ports
