Macaron Making Hands-On Class

LEARN HOW TO MAKE MACARONS while have FUN EATING THEM!

Taught by Rita Ng, owner of , participants will be guided through the history of the macaron and the process of making your own French Macarons (in fun Unique flavors).

CLASSES INCLUDE:

• 3 hours preparation and baking + 1 hour lunch break
• A real hands-on session!
• Theory of the French macaron.
• Packet of original recipes (electronic or paper)
• Each participant will make her/his own macarons in a group environment (about12 macarons) and take them home!

CLASS INFO:

• 2-10 people per class.
• There will be about an hour break during the class, which is necessary for the macarons making.
• Group rates and private sessions available. Contact [email protected].
• Parking is available nearby. Our kitchen is conveniently located at 103 Ripley Road, Cohasset MA 02025 — just 20 minutes from Quincy!
• If participants are under 18 years of age, and without accompanying parents, please notify us ahead of time via email at [email protected]. We will need to send you a form to fill out some basic contact information. In the case that the form is not filled out, Boston Bonbon is automatically granted the parental consent that their child can attend our class without an accompanying parent.
• A 100% refund, less a $20 service fee, will be given if the refund is asked no later than 7 days before the class. No refunds will be issued otherwise unless the class is canceled by Boston Bonbon. In this event, 100% of the class cost will be refunded. Note: Eventbrite does not refund its fees when issuing refunds (full or partial) to the original form of payment. Refunds issued as Eventbrite credit to be used in a future Boston Bonbon class will include fees.
• If the class was purchased using our gift certificates, no refund will be issued if participants cancel with less than 7 days notice before the class.
