Macaron baking class

The class:

Guests will receive 2.5/3 hours of teaching the history and the in's & out's of Macarons.

Piping out macarons & baking them during the class. (one silicone mat per person)

Filling & decorating pre-made macaron shells & filling own baked shells done in class.

Piping techniques & useful tips and tricks to help you suceed at home. (Silicone mats to take home, can be added at checkout)

Refreshments and snacks will be provided for the class!

To take home:

20-30 filled macarons (Depending on size for the ones piped out by yourself!).

Recipe booklet (includes places to find ingredients & best brands to use).

Piping tip

Four piping bags (2 large, 2 small).

Large gift box to transport macarons home. (If they all make it home :))
