Come celebrate the Autumn Equinox with a brief ritual celebrating the changing of the season, followed by a 1 hour immersive sound bath.
Mabon marks the point in the year when there are equal parts day and night. Traditionally it is celebrated with a harvest festival, with patrons giving thanks for the abundance received throughout the year. This is a time of balance and reflection, to release what needs to be let go of in preparation of the coming winter season.
There will be small participation parts for those who wish to take part in the ritual! There is never any pressure.
For the Sound Bath it is recommended to wear comfortable clothing, as well as bringing anything to help you be comfortable such as: a pillow, blanket, yoga mat, leg bolster, eye mask, etc.
