The Autumn Equinox

As the Wheel of the Year turns once more, we arrive at Mabon, the sacred Autumn Equinox—a time when day and night stand in perfect balance before the long embrace of autumn and winter begins.
This is the Second Harvest, a season of gratitude, reflection, and abundance. We pause to honor the blessings we have gathered, celebrate the fruits of our labor, and give thanks for all that has nourished our lives throughout the year.
Join us as we gather in sacred space for a Temple of Witchcraft–based ritual to honor Mabon and the turning of the Wheel. Through guided ritual, intention, and community connection, we will celebrate the blessings of the harvest, align with the energy of abundance, and empower our continued growth and manifestation.
The rituals will be led by an Official Celebrant of the Temple of Witchcraft Pisces Ministry and Ordained Ministers of the Temple of Witchcraft, with the help of St. Louis, MO Teachers of the Temple of Witchcraft, graduates, students, and others in the community.
Ritual is led by High Priestess of the Temple of Witchcraft, Kelley Ross.
During this magical evening we will:
Cast a sacred circle and honor the spirits of the Four Directions.
Celebrate the balance of the Autumn Equinox.
Give thanks for the blessings, lessons, and abundance of the past season.
Perform a beautiful harvest blessing ritual, offering gratitude to the Earth for her gifts.
Raise energy together for prosperity, balance, peace, and continued abundance.
Share cakes and cider in celebration of the harvest and the turning of the Wheel.
Mabon reminds us that every ending contains the seeds of a new beginning. As the leaves begin to turn, we too are invited to let go with grace, embrace gratitude, and trust the wisdom found in nature’s sacred cycles.
