Join us for our annual Inner Box Comp! It is $20 to participate, and we select your partners the morning of! It is a great way to meet someone new, throwdown and get some great fitness in. Usually we do three Wods. Friends who also CrossFit are welcome to join. They must sign a waiver prior.
Funds will go towards new equipment purchases for the gym.
