This gentle practice is perfect for those seeking a slower, more supported approach to yoga, including seniors, those with injuries, limited mobility, or anyone wanting to move mindfully without getting up and down from the floor.Expect simple stretches, mindful movements, breath awareness, and moments of relaxation to help improve mobility, balance, circulation, and calm the nervous system.
