Cette activité explore comment la création artistique peut devenir un outil de rapprochement, capable d’ouvrir le dialogue et de faire tomber certaines barrières entre communautés. À travers des exemples et des initiatives, on discutera de projets où l’art ne se contente pas de représenter les tensions sociales, mais agit directement sur elles : en créant des espaces de parole, en transformant les conflits, en tissant des liens là où il y avait des fractures. La discussion se prolongera ensuite autour d’un verre pour continuer les échanges et rencontrer les intervenant·e·s.En présence d’invité·e·s local·e·s et international·e·s : Antoine Leonetti (Directeur et programmateur, Barcelona FIRE!! LGBT Film Festival), Elizabeth Markevich (Fondatrice d’IkonoTV, Berlin), Jean-Philippe Warren (Professeur au Département de sociologie et d’anthropologie à l’Université Concordia, Montréal).

This activity explores how artistic creation can become a tool for connection, capable of opening dialogue and breaking down barriers between communities. Through examples and initiatives, the discussion will focus on projects where art goes beyond representing social tensions to actively addressing them: creating spaces for conversation, transforming conflicts, and building connections where fractures once existed. The conversation will continue over drinks, providing an opportunity to engage further with the speakers.
With local and international guests: Antoine Leonetti (Director and Programmer of Barcelona FIRE!! LGBT Film Festival), Elizabeth Markevich (Founder of IkonoTV, Berlin) and Jean-Philippe Warren (Professor, Department of Sociology and Anthropology, at Concordia University, Montreal).
