Lyrical Jazz Dance

Rebecca Frost Mayer is a choreographer performer and director with decades of experience throughout the U.S. With a background equal parts Dance and Theatre she practices and enjoys many dance forms. Lyrical Jazz Dance: Adult drop-in classes with new choreography each week. Includes simple warmups and technique exercises appropriate and challenging for all levels across-the-floor combinations and a choreographed routine. Class can be done in soft dance shoes socks or bare feet.
