Lyric and Liberation

Dear Art Enthusiasts and Community Members, The Hill Street Country Club is proud to stand in solidarity with artists for humanity and liberation. We are committed to reimagining a world where families are safe from the impacts of greed and war. It is with this vision that we invite you to be part of our monthly gathering, Lyric and Liberation. This event features readings, an open mic, and a space to unite voices in solidarity with Palestine.
Lyric & Liberation is an ongoing monthly event, we hope you join us at our first event beginning Jan. 11th and continues each 2nd Thursday of each month.
We are honored to have San Diego’s Poet Laureate, Jason Magabo Perez, and Glassless Mind’s Karla Cordero co-hosting the event. Lyric and Liberation will be held both in person and Instagram Live, ensuring that our message of peace and unity reaches as many hearts as possible. Your presence and participation will enrich the conversation and strengthen our community. We look forward to seeing you there and sharing in the transformative power of poetry. We hope this new year brings collective peace, liberation, healing and above all a ceasefire - The Hill Street Country Club
