Lynn 2026

On Saturday, March 7th, join faith leaders from Lynn, the North Shore and the rest of New England as we together gain a better understanding of the Global Church right here in our backyard! The purpose of the time is two fold: to gain a better understanding of what God is doing within first-generation immigrant churches in Lynn and to organically build relationships between churches, especially across ethnic lines.

After introductions, we will get an overview of the variety of immigrant faith communities in Lynn (a city with people from 70 nations), and then dive into case studies from pastors in the city who are from Africa, Central America, the Caribbean and Asia. There will be time for discussion and networking across the body of Christ as we seek to live out Jesus' prayer for unity and John's vision in Revelation of every nation, tribe, people and language worshipping together in heaven. • Cost: Suggested donation of $20 collected day of event (waived for Lynn Pastors).
• Location: Washington Street Baptist Church, 256 Washington St., Lynn, 01902
• Time: Saturday, March 7 from 8:30am to 1pm (includes lunch). Prayer walk to downtown Lynn churches from 1pm to 2pm.
• Registration: Required through Eventbrite (so we know how much lunch to get!)

• 9:00am: Welcome, Introductions, Opening Prayer
• 9:15am: The Global Church Here in Lynn (Pastor Pete Balentine)
• 9:45am: Break
• 10:00am: Case Studies in the Diaspora with Q/A and discussion
• 11:45am: Wrap up and group photo
• 12:00am Lunch (sandwiches, fruit, apple, cookie, water)
• 1:00pm: Prayer walk to churches in downtown Lynn (weather permitting)
• 2:00pm: Finish day.
