The Belly and the Breath: Exploring the crossroads of guided breath and lymphatic self care with Brenda Michelle of Lymphatic Flow
The belly is a common area for fluid retention, especially in women. In this workshop we will explore reasons for this and ways to support the healthy lymph flow through the belly utilizing breath, gentle movement, and DIY MLD (Do It Yourself Manual Lymphatic Drainage).
