Join Katie and a rotating selection of amazing local musicians for this special series of surrendered deep rest. Katie will guide participants into their breath and into restful restorative postures, using props on the floor. From this space of ultimate receptivity, participants will be serenaded with live heart-centered music, inviting one deeper into the softness of mind, body and heart. Class will complete with supported savasana amidst the healing sounds and vibrations of the gong.
