LYMPH IN THE PARK (just before dark) - Flood Relief Fundraiser

This 1-hour group class is put on by Rachel Hannibal, a Certified Lymphatic Therapist and owner of IND Wellness. This class is a blend of full-body guided manual lymphatic drainage and movement. It is a great way to boost your immunity, reduce inflammation, learn a daily lymph practice, and have fun with your friends.

There is more than enough free parking along the perimeter of the park, as well as the surrounding neighborhoods if needed!

This class is not a good fit for you if you have major challenges to your heart, liver or kidneys, or if you have an active fever or infection of any kind. If you are currently pregnant or are in active treatment for cancer, please reach out beforehand so we can discuss if this would be suitable for you.
