**World premiere of concert version, Winner of the Lydian String Quartet Commission Prize

The Lydian String Quartet, founded in 1980, is known for its exceptional performances. Mentored by Robert Koff of the Juilliard String Quartet, the ensemble has received several accolades, including the Naumburg Award for Chamber Music in 1984. Based here at Brandeis, the quartet includes Mark Berger (viola), Julia Glenn (violin), Joshua Gordon (cello) and Clara Lyon (violin), who perform a wide range of music, from classical to contemporary.

During the event, we will be holding a fundraising campaign to help the Lydian Quartet stay in their residency at Brandeis.
