Lycoming Arts presents Williamsport First Friday™Experience the creative heartbeat of Central Pennsylvania at Williamsport First Friday. On the first Friday of every month, downtown Williamsport transforms into a lively open-air festival and community celebration that honors the local arts scene.

The Block Party will be from Williams St. to the Old City Hall. There will be Food Trucks, Inflatables, a small kids' carnival, and some tables hosted by Community Partners.
