LWVSP Annual Meeting 2026

Our Annual Meeting dinner event will take place on Monday, June 1, at the Minnesota Humanities Event Center, 987 Ivy Ave E, St. Paul, MN 55106.

Our keynote speaker will be the Mayor of Saint Paul, the Honorable Kaohly Her.

• Ticket cost is $25.00, which covers dinner; there will be a cash bar (cash only, no cards).
• When you purchase your tickets, you will be prompted to make a meal choice. Please note any dietary restrictions you may have.

Registration is open until May 20 at 5:00 p.m.

Please register at your earliest convenience. Space is limited as our membership exceeds the room's capacity.

A free exchange book display table -- compliments of our Book Club readers -- will be in the registration area near the entrance.

We will also have the "Don't Make Me Remind You to Vote" lawn signs (with the laser-eyed loon) available for purchase for $15/sign.

5:30 - 6:00 p.m. -- Doors open at 5:30 p.m. for sign in and social time until 6:00 pm. Please enjoy this time to connect with your League community, as well as to meet and greet St. Paul Mayor Kaohly Her, who is our keynote speaker.

6:00 - 6:30 p.m. -- Dinner seating and service. Your registration includes your choice of 3 plated dinners:

• Teriyaki Chicken with Mango Salsa* (gluten free): Grilled chicken breast with a rich teriyaki glaze and topped with fresh mango salsa. Served with fresh cilantro and lime jasmine rice and seasonal vegetables;
• Coconut Thai Chicken: Roasted chicken breasts with a toasted coconut and buttermilk crust, topped with sweet Thai chili sauce. Served with coconut, red pepper basmati rice pilaf; and
• Curried Tofu Mango Stir-Fry* (vegetarian and vegan, gluten free): Cubes of fried tofu tossed with stir-fried vegetables, sauced with mango chutney, and spiced just a bit.
• Garden salad and dessert are included.

6:35 - 7:15 p.m. -- The Honorable Kaohly Her, Mayor of St. Paul, will be our keynote speaker. Mayor Her will allow time for questions after her presentation.

7:15 - 8:00 p.m. -- Call to Order and Business Meeting.
