Join us for a free 5K Walk at Olive Hill Ball Park! ALL paces and fitness levels are welcome, so bring your friends and family!

What to expect:

  • Walk or Ruck: Weighted backpacks are completely optional. No special equipment required!
  • ALL Paces & Fitness Levels Welcome: Whether you complete the full 5K (about 12–13 laps) or just a few laps, you're welcome to participate at your own pace.
  • Bring Your Friends & Family: Everyone is welcome, so we'd love for you to bring someone along!
  • Come connect: This is a more casual event and a good opportunity to get outside and enjoy some movement!
