We’ll begin with a gentle guided meditation to quiet your mind and ground your energy. Then comes the heart of the experience: 40 blissful minutes of sound healing, where I will weave together the therapeutic vibrations of gongs, Himalayan bowls, crystal bowls, drumming, and a range of percussion instruments to create a deeply immersive soundscape.
Afterward, we’ll take time to reflect with a complementry herbal tea. As the experience draws to a close, we connect and share anything you wish in a relaxed, supportive space.
