Happy Content Day! 👋

We're opening the doors to Delray Beach's newest luxury build this Saturday — and you're invited to come create content! It's open-house style, so swing by any time between 12 and 3 PM. Brand-new construction with a rooftop, and Atlantic Ave just two blocks away. All you need to bring is your phone 📱 and your smile 😃 — and if you've got CapCut or Canva on there, even better.

Here's the plan: a videographer will be on site to walk you through filming 3–4 clips of yourself talking about the home, then help you edit them into a finished short-form video for your pages. And feel free to grab your own extra content while you're here, too.

Additionally, we'll have a photographer on site to take pictures of you! And like any good house party, we'll keep you taken care of — bites, champagne, rosé, and good beats all afternoon. 🥂
