Depending on attendance we will form a couple groups: Hot & Spicy and Sweet & Chill. The Sweet & Chill ride is a no-drop ride. Luton is for all skill levels. It's a beautiful, fun and flowy trail.
Rides are dependent on weather and trail conditions.
This event is a safe and friendly ride for ALL women, no matter the age, size and shape, and is inclusive of W-T-F and women of color. All that is required is a positive attitude, a bike, a helmet and a water bottle.
Disclosures: LMBS is not a professional group and is not responsible for injuries. We will discuss our mountain biking experience but this is not a certified teaching group. Events are subject to change based on weather and trail conditions.
