LUPA (Tagalog: earth, land, soil) speaks to our deep connection to place, lineage, and nourishment. This gathering is a homecoming—our family’s journey from Batangas, Philippines, where coffee sustained generations, to the Ohlone Lands (Bay Area), to The Kingdom of Hawai'i O'ahu and Kauai, and now on Nisenan Lands (Sacramento) where we continue this tradition in community.
