Looking for a midday pick-me-up? Come flow with Crystal and recharge your energy for the rest of the day! This in-person event takes place weekly in the Atrium at Kiln Meridian. Don't miss this opportunity to relax, stretch, and rejuvenate during your lunch break. All levels are welcome, so whether you're a seasoned yogi or a beginner, come join us for some yoga fun! Mats are provided by Kiln.
Every other week, class will also be followed by a Soundbath Meditation from 1-1:30pm. Join us for both or either!
