Looking for a midday pick-me-up? Come flow with us and recharge your energy for the rest of the day! This in-person event takes place weekly in the Atrium at Kiln Meridian. Don't miss this opportunity to relax, stretch, and rejuvenate during your lunch break. All levels are welcome, so whether you're a seasoned yogi or a beginner, come join us for some yoga fun, ending with a soundbath! Mats are provided by Kiln.
