Lunchtime Walk on the Orange Reservoir in West Orange, NJ

We've had requests for shorter walks so here is an opportunity to be a FreeWalker! If this is well-attended we will offer it more often and possibly in different communities/locations.

Grab your sneakers, your friends and maybe your lunch too!

Walk with us and then sit down to eat and enjoy the outdoors, or head out.
One loop around is just under 2-miles. Want to go longer, add on another loop or more - it's your choice. Heavy rain will cancel this - so watch your emails that morning.

Start/Finish: Clipper Pavillion Playground by the benches - please arrive 10 minutes.

Distance: 2 or more miles - your choice.

Where to find us: Near the Pavillion bathrooms.

Mini: 2 miles (optional for longer distance and time).

Terrain: Flat pavement.

Policies: No dogs please. Children welcome with their grownups and it is stroller friendly.

Transit: Car needed or if you live nearby you can walk to meet us.

Parking: FREE parking in the lot across from the park.

Difficulty: Beginner walk, go at your own pace. All ages invited!
