Lunchtime Salsa - Open level Hi there, I am Roanna, director of Dance Inspired NZ. It is my aim to inspire others, no matter their age or mobility, to find joy in movement to music.
Lunchtime Salsa is a beginner-friendly class for those who fancy a break in their day, an alternative to going to the gym. It is suitable for all levels of dance experience. A chance to spice up your weekly fitness plan with a little fun and good music.
No dance experience is required.
These classes focus on individual movement to music, so no partner is needed.
Each class is a standalone lesson, so you can come and go as you please.
What to wear: Please wear comfortable clothing that you can move easily in. Shoe-wise wise you want shoes with little grip, easy to balance in. Ladies' heels are not required.
Time: 12:30 pm β 1:15 pm
Dates: 7th - 28th August, 4 weeks.
Venue: The Cambridge Senior Citizens Hall.
Cost and Payment
The class is $10 per person, per class.
Payment can be made by cash or bank transfer on the day of attendance.
