Join us for a lunchtime food truck event featuring at Michigander's favorite meal, the U.P. Pasty!
Motor City Pasty Co. is the truck that started our lunchtime food truck series with their tasty, authentic Upper Peninsula Pasties. Haven't ever tried one? It's basically a hand-held savory pie with a flaky crust on the outside, filled with seasoned meats and veggies. The heated debate here in the Mitten State is whether you top your Pasty with gravy or ketchup.
