Writer, producer and film maker Gus Mollasis will take us through history with film clips of these heroes in some of their most famous roles that elevated this art form in our culture. Gus is co-creator of the award-winning PBS series “Diamonds Along the Highway” focusing on Florida’s people, places and history.
He has used his love and knowledge of film to work closely with Sarasota’s two respected film institutions – The Sarasota Film Society and the Sarasota Film Festival – educating, entertaining and engaging audiences in film, the art form we all love.
