Lunch with...Bijli and Friends
About this Event
If you are interested in writing, acting, directing or designing for theatre, film or TV come along to find out more about what it is like to work in the performance industries. No previous experience is necessary – you just need to be interested in the arts and hungry for lunch!
There will be a chance to get to know other South Asian creatives and to hear from a panel of experienced artists working in the performance industries. They'll share a bit about their journeys into acting, directing and writing including the challenges and the joys.

This event is free but includes a £5 booking deposit to secure your place. You'll get your £5 back when you attend the event.
If you cannot attend the lunch after booking let us know by Tues 18th August so we can give the slot to someone else.
This is our final event of Threads: Bijli Productions' programme of workshops and events supporting the South-Asian community in Glasgow to try new activities and develop skills in theatre and performance. The workshops explored storytelling through multiple aspects of performance including movement, voice, character, design and more.
