Nourish your midday—join us for a transformative blend of gentle movement, breath, and sound. Designed to reset your energy and soothe your spirit, this short ritual invites you into harmony between bites.
What to Expect
- Appetizers: Gentle spine & leg movements + guided breathwork (5 mins each)
- Main Course: Resonant gong + Tibetan bowl immersion (5 mins each)
- Dessert: Sound bath (10 mins) to ground and restore
Participants also receive 10% off lunch at the Bodega café.
