She started her business by "accident" trying to get her children excited about food. She had been creating fancy pancakes for her kids for several years. During the pandemic, she realized that it was a great way to make other kids feel special and bring a bright moment to their day. The excitement of other parents brought her life a purpose and started a new and unexpected business.
