Lunch Break offers a brief but meaningful pause - a return to center.

Designed specifically for the middle of the workday, this 45-minute experience combines guided meditation and immersive sound to help you step out of the momentum of the day and reconnect with yourself.

Rather than pushing through, you'll be invited to slow down, notice what is present, and return to a greater sense of clarity, steadiness, and awareness. The guided meditation encourages a simple but profound practice: checking in with yourself without judgment and meeting whatever you find with curiosity.

As the mind settles, crystal singing bowls, chimes, and other resonant acoustic instruments create a spacious soundscape that supports focus, presence, and nervous system regulation.

To maintain a quiet, focused environment, plan to arrive 5–10 minutes before the session starts. Doors close and class begins promptly at 12:00 PM. Late arrivals will forfeit their spot.
