Save the date for a Lunch & Learn presentation by photographer and storyteller Louise Trotter, who returns to the Historeum with Part 2 of her modern-day journey in the path of Karl Creelman, Upper Stewiacke, the first Canadian to bicycle around the world in 1902.Trotter spent five years researching Creelman's trek before starting her journey in 2020. The second leg of her excursion includes travel highlights from Australia and Sri Lanka.
Learn how both of their respective journeys were impacted by national borders, politics, wars, disease, pandemics, and infrastructure of different scales and significance over 100 years.
Admission by donation or free to CHS members. Refreshments provided.
