The Collective’s Lunch & Learn Series brings together accomplished guest speakers and timely topics tailored specifically for local young professionals. Each session includes a quality lunch, provided as part of your Collective membership and focused, practical insights designed to deliver real value you can apply immediately. These mid-day gatherings offer a convenient alternative to after-hours events, allowing members to connect, learn, and engage during the workday without added stress. Attendees will hear from respected community business leaders, fellow young professionals, and other inspiring voices across five thoughtfully curated educational luncheons.

About The Speaker: Lisa Pavia-Higel is an assistant Teaching Professor of English and Technical Communication has more than twenty years of experience helping people find their voice. At Missouri S&T, Lisa teaches speech and media studies courses, is active on the TEDx planning committee, and serves as a coach for the Three Minute Thesis and Miner Creativity Challenges. Out of the classroom Lisa writes, speaks, coaches, and mentors as the founder of Clarity Geek Communication. In her spare time, Lisa loves to perform in St. Louis regional theater, read science fiction, and play video games. She lives in Eureka, MO with her husband, daughter, and entirely too many tips.
