Subodh Nayar is a serial entrepreneur, angel investor, and business advisor who helps entrepreneurs start, grow, acquire, and fund businesses. As a senior counselor at the Mason Small Business Development Center, he has advised more than 400 companies and helped facilitate over $32 million in capital formation. Drawing on experience as a founder, investor, and business owner, Subodh specializes in evaluating business acquisitions, franchise opportunities, business valuations, growth strategies, and access to capital. He is passionate about helping entrepreneurs make informed decisions, whether they are launching a startup, buying an existing business, investing in a franchise, or preparing for growth and investment.

Parking Instructions:

Tower Club parking information: The building's multi-level garage is located adjacent to the Club building and is marked "Towers Crescent Parking." From the main lobby of the building, you will take two elevators to reach the Club. The first set will be from the first to the 14th floor, at which point you will switch elevators. You'll proceed around the corner (follow the glass wall where you can see the staircase and you're on the right path!) and take the second set from the 14th to 17th floor. There are signs in both lobbies and placards inside the elevators themselves. The front desk will direct guests to the room and provide complimentary coat check. Your parking for two hours is complimentary; simply scan the QR code located immediately after exiting the 17th floor elevator into the atrium of the Club. You will be directed to set up a Vend Park profile, if you don’t already have one, and will automatically receive the 2-hour validation. You can set up your Vend Park profile ahead of time here.
