Janelle is passionate about supporting early-stage technical founders by developing and enacting long term strategies and tactics, in alignment with company goals and timelines, to bring the technology from conception to the market. As the head of operations, she oversees all operational aspects of the organization, including business, R&D, and site functions. With a background in cell and molecular biology, vaccines, and protein engineering, she leverages her technical training to support the business needs of the organization.
